Murder Suspect’s Horns And Tattoo A Concern For Defense Attorney

The lawyer representing a man on trial for the alleged murder of three people is concerned that his client’s appearance will reflect poorly on an impartial jury selection. The defendant, Caius Veiovis, 33, has implants in his forehead that create a horn-like appearance and a 666 tattoo between them. He also has other facial and neck tattoos, a curved bar through his nose, and spike-like piercings between his eyes. Veiovis’ lawyer, James Reardon Jr., discussed his concerns with Hampden Superior Court Judge Jeffery C. Kinder and was told the judge would ask potential jurors if Veiovis’ appearance would keep them “from being fair,” reports WWLP.
