Israel Solves Water Woes

After experiencing its driest winter on record, Israel shrugs off the threat with a large part of the solution linked to an aggressive desalination program that has transformed the parched land into perhaps the most well-hydrated country in the region. Head of the desalination division says, “We have all the water we need, even in the year which was the worst year ever regarding precipitation.” Is it coincidental that Syria and Iraq are about to run into major water issues because Turkey is drying up the Euphrates while Israel is flourishing in the H2O department? Could water be another “spoil” that causes the invasion of Israel?
